As an alternative to a portrait session, you may submit your own digital photo, and receive a copy of the directory, for a $20 fee. (Ask Amy about fee waiver if this presents a hardship.)
To submit your own digital photo:
- Photo must be high resolution (at least 1 MB or 300 DPI)
- Photo should be HORIZONTAL orientation if possible
- Photo file name must be names of people in the photo: “SMITH, JOHN, JANE, SUSIE, JACK”
- Email photo file to firstname.lastname@example.org
- For our database update, in the body of the email please include your family’s current contact information: mailing address; home phone; cell phone numbers and current email addresses for each person.
- Please send $20 (check or cash) to the parish or drop in the collection using an envelope clearly marked “Photo Directory—YOUR NAME”
- Expect an email reply to your submission. If you don’t get one within a few days, please follow up.
