Accompaniment & Support Groups
After Listening and Sharing Sessions in 2024 and a special speaker in the Fall of 2025, the Mental Health Ministry Team is now forming small support groups for those caring for or accompanying someone facing mental health challenges— such as a spouse with depression, a friend struggling with substance use, or a child with an anxiety disorder. Groups will be confidential and guided by members of the Mental Health Ministry Leadership Team who are certified in Mental Health First Aid. Please contact us with any questions. All are welcome.
First Session
Sunday, March 22nd
1:00 p.m. | Garden Room
Second Session
Sunday, April 12th
1:00 p.m. | Garden Room
The sessions will be spaced bi-weekly to start, dependent on feedback from the initial sessions frequency may change.

Help Is Here
“I feel like I’m carrying this all by myself.”
“I love them—but I’m exhausted. I don’t know how to help them anymore.”
“No one prepared me for this.”
If these thoughts sound familiar, you are not alone. Please join us.
