Accompaniment & Support Groups

After Listening and Sharing Sessions in 2024 and a special speaker in the Fall of 2025, the Mental Health Ministry Team is now forming small support groups for those caring for or accompanying someone facing mental health challenges— such as a spouse with depression, a friend struggling with substance use, or a child with an anxiety disorder. Groups will be confidential and guided by members of the Mental Health Ministry Leadership Team who are certified in Mental Health First Aid. Please contact us with any questions. All are welcome.

PLEASE NOTE THE ACCOMPANIMENT & SUPPORT GROUPS ARE ON A BREAK FOR THE SUMMER. THEY WILL RETURN ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2026.

The sessions are twice a month, generally bi-weekly unless there is a holiday.

Takes place in the Ministries Room at 1:00 P.M.

Confidential and Caring.

Join at any time.
