Arden Way Construction Update:

As of 7.27.26- The asphalt and driveway work is complete. The driveways to both church and school parking lots will no longer face closures. Work will continue on Arden Way with other pieces being resurfaced. The median in front of the Parish and School will also undergo changes and have a small strip of landscaping added at a point in the future.

While the contractor is already on campus, we will also be taking the opportunity to repair and reseal several areas of our parking lots and roadways that have been in need of maintenance: the main parking lot itself, the back lot behind the garden room and the roadway along the PC down to the Friendship Tree. Preparation work will begin in mid-July, with the repairs scheduled for August 3–5, weather and scheduling permitting.

The goal of the current roadwork taking place outside our church is to add a new and safe bike lane, enhanced sidewalks, new traffic signals, and fresh landscaping to the stretch of Arden between Watt and Howe Avenues.  The project is funded by Sacramento County and the hope is this stretch will be complete by the end of 2026.  Click the button below for more information.
