PG&E Pipeline Work

• Dates: Wednesday, September 4 through Thursday, October 3.
• Times: Weekdays, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Location: Parish and School side of Arden Way.
• Additional Work: The city continues roadwork on the east side of Arden Way.
• Lane Reductions:
• Current: Eastbound traffic reduced to a single lane between Watt and Morse.
• Mid-September: Westbound traffic expected to be reduced to one lane.

Traffic Restrictions and Guidelines

• Back Parking Lot:
• Weekdays: No left turns allowed when exiting; you must turn right.
• Weekends: No restrictions; left and right turns permitted for Masses and parish events.
• Front Parking Lot:
• Use caution when turning onto Arden Way. Avoid left turns if it would stall traffic.
• Delays: Allow extra travel time due to potential traffic impacts.

Updates

• Additional updates will be provided as needed, with another reminder planned for September.

The goal of the current roadwork taking place outside our church is to add a new and safe bike lane, enhanced sidewalks, new traffic signals, and fresh landscaping to the stretch of Arden between Watt and Howe Avenues.  The project is funded by Sacramento County and the hope is this stretch will be complete by the end of 2025.  Click the button below for more information.
