Other Information:

Please submit a copy of your Baptism Certificate if you have been baptized in any denomination. This can be dropped off at the Parish Offices or emailed to hderenzo@stignatiussac.org.
Later on you will need to have a Sponsor or Godparent. We will discuss this further in class.
You might need an annulment, if you have been divorced or remarried. We will discuss this also at our first meeting.
